「No cold water in the bathroom sink 1st night. Thought breakfast was included. Apparently was not. It was about $15. Ridiculous. Overused lumpy pillows. Ripped curtains. Not impressed.」

When we booked this year I hoped she would be there still and she is. She goes above and beyond to ensure guests have what they need, even personally delivering extra towels to our room. She greets you every time you enter the lobby and gives great suggestions on food and things to do in the local area when asked. The nicest and friendliest...

「Staff upon arrival was not the friendliest, was more worried about being on her cell phone rather than helping guests. Hot tub was not "hot". Overall we love the hotel, not our first visit & not our last.」

「The room is clean and comfortable. It is also very quiet. It is a short drive to find some place to eat or go to the mall. Really loved the heated swimming pool and hot tub next to it. However, it seems that a group of people rented some rooms for the weekend so they could use the pool for a pool party. The pool was overcrowded and we could not use it Saturday. It's also had more noise that Friday night.」
