「The property was in excellent condition and surpassed our expectations. 」

「The food on this property is absolutely amazing!! The rooms are also clean and the service is top-notch. However, the one large downside is how much this hotel is constantly trying to sell you and the constant sales pitches. After our flight that was delayed 3 hours, the hotel staff wasted another hour trying to persuade us to joining a time-share meeting for the property. Highly recommend this hotel staff take it down a notch as it really turns customers off. 」

「Staff was really nice and hotel was definitely a 3 star hotel. It’s not bad but it doesn’t look like the pictures. The windows in the room are like you’re in a basement. You can’t open them because there isn’t a screen. There isn’t an elevator and there are LOTS of steps so not handicapped accessible. 」

「This is a top tier resort. All 4 of the premium restaurants had several outstanding options, and food presentation was very high. The drinks were also exceptional, in presentation, preparation, and selection. Top shelf name brand choices of almost every bottle you can imagine. The beds were comfy, the pools were clean, the crowds were well managed, and the grounds are spotless. Negatives? Not many really, but the tipping is odd. Even if you are all-inclusive, you need to 'charge out' for...

「Una pena que al turismo nacional, no le dan el mismos trato que al turismo internacional. Desde el front desk, hasta los meseros, son indiferentes. Por otro lado la propiedad, habitaciones son increíbles.」
