「From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel. I will definitely be coming back. And the food was by far the best for any all inclusive I’ve stayed at in the area!」

「Warning!!! Be aware and be careful!!! We went for 5 nights to celebrate my birthday, and were so excited about our vacation! Everything was great on the first 3 days, but on the fourth day my husband got a terrible food poisoning. He got it so bad, and had to be hospitalized! We found out it was salmonella.
