「This place has roaches. I will never stay there again.」

「On line says it has a hot tub. No hot tub available.」

「Friendly staff」

「Hotel was in a great location, very convenient for our visit to Catawba College. Clean accomodations, friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in the area!」

「We always stay at the hotel. Its always clean and the staff are great and friendly. I loved, loved the smell as we walked in. We also like the fact that we can walk down to the vinyard. Just wish it didn't close on us at 3:00. And the trail leading to the vinyard needs some attention. Looks like it hasn't been touched in a long time. 「It was a wonderful stay comfortable and clean room staff exceptionally pleasant and friendly」

This is ridiculous. I have not had time to reach out to hotel, but I will never put our guys that have worked their...

「This was the perfect quick getaway for us. The Hosts were amazing and very kind, the building is even better than advertised. We enjoyed a drink in the on site tavern before a short walk to explore the town. We had a very great weekend. We’ll be back and definitely recommend to any couple.」

「If you can't speak very good English, it's better not to book this hotel. I experienced serious discrimination when I checked in. The reception guy were rude and impatient and seemed to use the guest's English proficiency to determine whether they needed to be treated politely or not. It's true that I can't communicate in English fluently, but I still want to be treated kindly. Maybe it's part of life, but I would also like to advise anyone who can't communicate in English to avoid booking this...
