"I recently stayed at this property and had a very concerning experience. During my stay, I encountered what appeared to be bed bugs, which I reported immediately and documented. What was equally concerning was how the situation was handled afterward. I was told Kenyon (The Manager) would follow up, but despite calling the hotel numerous times and sending multiple emails, I received little to no communication. It took repeated effort on my end just to get a brief response. When I did connect with Kenyon, the interaction was rude, and extremely dismissive and lacked urgency, which is not appropriate given the nature of the issue. I was also told at the front desk that a resolution would be provided, but there has been no follow-through. Regardless of where you stay, situations can happen. What matters is how they are handled, and in this case, the lack of communication and accountability was disappointing. I would strongly recommend that future guests carefully inspect their rooms upon arrival.. OR better yet.. Just stay elsewhere, not worth the BED BUGS and rude manager. "

"Staff was wonderful! Rooms are big and beds comfortable. Ice makers didn't work and there are no microwaves or refrigerators in rooms, but other than that great. Great choice when on budget. Paroled frequently by police so you feel safe."

"There was a black substance that came out from the vents every time they turned on. It was all over the place in our first room and we asked to switch but the guy at the desk said that it comes out all of the vents and the next room had it too. The hair dryer and iron were also missing in our room so we had to go get them. Seemed like a hotel on the decline. "
