「everything was amazing」

「Honestly, it was just an overall great stay - top to bottom. Staff were amazing, helpful and easy to chat with. Quick to offer information and assistance. Thing is wouldn't have even known about, like having a fender telecaster delivered to your room for some downtime nooddling. But the room was also great! Very comfortable, lotsa space, I had an incredible stay tbh. Hot tub was outside, which was perfect and we had some excellent cocktails down in the *speakeasy. (of sorts anyway lol). Highly...

「The staff are friendly and helpful having breakfast included. The room was warm however the room was old in appearance and needs upgrading, only one elevator working.」

「Check in was very slow. Only one employee at the 4:00 P.M. check-in time. They were interrupted by another employee for a long conversation while customers waited. We were told that room service was every other day. We stayed three nights and never had room service. We called down on the third day at 4:00 P,M. and requested missing items, which were delivered an hour later. The included breakfast is under staffed. The one employee worked very hard, but could not keep up.」

「Clean room! Great staff, and breakfast was great!」

「Beautiful place」

「On Expedia, it writes $52 one night, but when you be there, they said the cheapest there is $75 one night. Plus, the blankets there stinks.」
