The room I stayed in was large and comfortable, with a separate sitting area. We had an issue with the bed, which the team immediately worked on, after we told them about it. 「No breakfast foods, only mediocre coffee. Very skimpy on toiletries. The mattress slumped and the pillows were very small. 」

The sheets on the bed appeared to have not been changed, the shower head barely trickled water, the wallpaper was peeling of the walls at there seams, it was just not at all what the photos shown and was the worst I had ever seen.」
