「The good: staff were excellent. Welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Snow was cleared promptly. Parking was convenient. Location was good -- central to where we wanted to be.
The not-so-good: rooms are stark modern and cold. Not human-friendly. "Desk" (or dining-table) chairs didn't have wheels and so were hard to move.
