「This place is amazing! The staff was excellent, and the complimentary communal beverage stations on each floor were a great touch, offering freshly ground coffee, tea, sparkling water, and still water. 「Stayed for three nights the room was not cleaned a single night. Needed to use the front desk several times and was typically greeted by a sign that says “we will be back momentarily” and momentarily usually meant 15 to 20 minutes. The hotel was very clean and cheery the public areas and its very convenient to downtown Burlington, but the operations, i.e. front desk and housekeeping, seem to need a little work.」
