「The sofa bed in our room was broken. The whole frame was bent at the bottom so my kids kept sliding off overnight. breakfast was cold, all of it. We got there right when they opened it. We got a good nights sleep for cheap and that’s why we booked the hotel so none of that was a huge issue. The air conditioning worked, the pool is heated, the staff is friendly. The place needs a little makeover but we got what we paid for minus the bed the kids couldn’t sleep in.」

「Decent place, the staff was very polite and professional. I did not have the AM buffet so I cannot comment on that. My room could use a refresh, some fresh paint, shampoo the carpet, etc. The room was NOT dirty, just needs a little TLC. I would stay there again」

「The outside was a little scary but inside kept us comfortable for the duration of our stay. Great place to rest on a roadtrip」

「There are some cockroaches in the rooms. Furthermore, the cleaning staff tried to steal some belongings I had forgotten behind; when I went to claim them, the receptionist behaved very rudely. They wouldn't let me enter my room at 10:00 a.m., claiming they had already cleaned it—even though I hadn't yet returned the key or formally checked out. The checkout time is supposed to be 11:00 a.m.」

「Loved how spacious it was. Nice set up. Good location to zoo & the Capitol. Had a Coffee Bar in same location for morning coffee/breakfast. Bed and pillows clean and comfortable.」
