Everything about this place was lovely(eg., location, view, cleanliness, comfort, friendly and helpful staff) with one exception, horrible bed pillows. It was not possible to shape the pillow for neck support. It really affected getting a good nights sleep and woke up with neck pain.

We loved our 3 night stay at The Mondrian over the Easter period. The staff were very attentive in all the areas. The rooms were impeccably designed and comfortable. We loved our Suite and housekeeping did an excellent job. Both Haven and Lito Restaurant were fabulous. Arthur looked after us so well ...

Novotel was good , I stayed for 5 nights. It’s not bad. I wasn’t expecting high class luxury anyways, what you pay is what you get. They can improve on breakfast environment. The dining area definitely needs an upgrade.
