"We loved our 3 night stay at The Mondrian over the Easter period. The staff were very attentive in all the areas. The rooms were impeccably designed and comfortable. We loved our Suite and housekeeping did an excellent job. Both Haven and Lito Restaurant were fabulous. Arthur looked after us so well at Lito. We will definitely come back again soon! "

"The apartment complex is in a wonderful location. The 2 bedroom apartment was well appointed and extremely spacious. When the light rail is completed this will be a fantastic place to explore the entire Goldie. We stayed for.a special birthday weekend. I thought I'd splash out and book the executive level. As our flights were late, the reception was closed when we arrived. They have a lock box, which is easy to use. Our issue was the executive level starts at level 5. This is not pictured in the photos, which show ocean views from every window. Instead, we looked straight into mega construction, which also started cluncking away at 6am, The complex did send us a message to let us know there was some construction, the day after we booked. I spoke with reception about the disappointment the next morning. They were indifferent. It's. nice place in a great location and there are soooo many other options if you're looking for peace and views. "

"This place was just filthy. Even small things like cleaning the soap tray weren't done. The carpet is disgusting Apart from unhygienic, there were nails sticking out of the worn carpet area near the sliding doors, multiple cords just hanging down to a poweroard under the wall mounted tv and awfully scant kitchen. So much dust and dirt I could mention and I'm not even that fussy - I won't even go there with the couch ....."

"Everything about this place was lovely(eg., location, view, cleanliness, comfort, friendly and helpful staff) with one exception, horrible bed pillows. It was not possible to shape the pillow for neck support. It really affected getting a good nights sleep and woke up with neck pain."
