"I booked this hotel for my mom’s stay. She said the hotel was somewhat decent for the first two days of her stay. However, on her last night, she arrived back at the hotel around 10pm and the AC wasn’t working (even though it was working every day up to that point). She called reception to let them know and they sent someone to fix, and the person left after saying he fixed it. My mom tried the AC again and nothing. She asked reception again but they never sent anyone to fix the problem. All night, my mom was boiling warm and couldn’t sleep at all. She woke up almost every hour and was not happy with the service she was provided. "
