「This is the second stay at BW had a Hugh family gathering in July where they supported 25 family members for a retirement party stay. The pool was great for the little ones. Breakfast was so helpful. This time I forgot my purse. Left it in the breakfast nook! Freddie kept it at the desk till a family member picked it up! So grateful! We had a snow storm to deal with. Left then had to return for a few and the hotel was supportive! 」

「The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.」

「Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Nice view of the lake. Penny checked us in and had some great recommendations for local restaurants. A microwave would have been a plus for leftovers and hot drinks but not a big deal. 」
