「Enjoyed my stay while training for Septic installation. 」

「My family was there for a combined family reunion and my sister’s celebration of life. I had a presentation a slideshow on my computer and forgot a cord to finish up before the day. The receptionist at check in provided the cord I needed to finish up. The staff was very polite and helpful for all of us. We had our rooms together which was kind and one large room so we could gather the first night.」

「Check in by Olive was quick and efficient. The hotel and our room were both clean and well decorated. We used the gym, and it was also clean and well maintained. Bed, pillows, and bedding were comfortable. Good location for exploring Asheville and the Biltmore House. Five to ten minutes to everything we wanted to do, but not in the busy downtown area. Excellent price for the middle of the week. 」

「We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Also left a medical remote my husband uses and they called me to let me know! Very nice staff with checking in/out and breakfast was nice, stocked with food, and clean. 」

「This is probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was exceptionally clean and I think salt water rather than primarily chemical. Breakfast was adequate with a choice of foods, both cold and hot. 」

「We love to stay here when visiting Black Mountain. The only thing I could say that might need improvement is the caulk in our shower. It needs replacing as it looked moldy.」
