「Room was very clean. Overall hotel was clean. Staff was great!」

「The service is not warm .the room facilities and simple.the bath towels are too old and smelly.The sheets and pillows are too old and seem to have not been replaced」

「Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke 」

Room overall clean and bed comfortable. We really just wanted a bath and bed. Bed did not disappoint.」

「由於從台灣到此出差，有14小時時差，除了工作時間外，常在房間休息。 然而因為房間的隔音效果差，在房間休息時常受其他房間開關門聲影響，其他房客在走廊上嬉鬧顯的吵雜。 又房間內的WIFI訊號不是很穩定，使用通訊軟體打電話時常斷訊。 房間內的微波爐建議擺放簡易說明書。 櫃台服務很好，快速退房也很方便。 自機場抵達及離開時皆能快速安排車輛接駁很方便。」

「I will always choose a Hampton Inn when possible. It is a hotel that I can rely on to have clean and updated rooms. What I didn't care for with the Moline airport Hampton Inn was the front desk staff. The couple of interactions I had with them, they seemed indifferent to helping/answering questions. When checking out, the front desk person could barely look up. I had wanted to connect my stay to my Hampton Inn points but due to her lack of eye contact and she didn't seem like she wanted to...

「There was no television at all. The jacuzzi was cold and nobody would Turn it up. The staff guy that came to my room tried to get tv to work. Won’t stay again」

「Everything was wonderful except that check in was 3:00 and we arrived at 5:00 and our room was not ready. The staff quickly made it possible to check in about 15-20 minutes later, however, after a long day’s journey, we were tired and wanted to relax in our room, not in the lobby.」

「This is an older hotel so keep that in mind. It was very clean and did not have any bad smells. Some stuff could use updating. The front desk staff was simply amazing. We were greeted with a smile each time we came and went. The lady that checked us in upgraded us to a suite without us even mentioning it. She was the absolute best! Wish I could remember her name.」

「Positives: Helpful respectful staff. Allowed me to get a hour later on check out. The toilet had hair on it still when I got there and mini fridge looked aged as well as the tub/shower. I got the room king suite with the jacuzzi tub thinking it would be in the room. the pictures shown was not what was in the room. So that was an up-charge I wouldn’t have paid for knowing that. I’d say it was a 6/10 it did its job for the price.」
