「Das Zimmer war super sauber & wurde jeden tag gründlich gereinigt. Das Personal war super zuvorkommend. Von dem leckeren Frühstück mit einer riesigen Auswahl & der super Bar, brauche ich gar nicht erst anfangen. Das Hotel ist wirklich eine 1 mit Stern! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke für die grandiose Zeit!」

「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「Wir waren ehrlich gesagt sehr enttäuscht. Das Hotel nennt sich Resort. Von einem Resort-Charakter kann man in unseren Augen nicht sprechen. Die Zimmer sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, man muss eine öffentliche Straße laufen+eine Hauptstraße überqueren. Der Beach Club ist kostenfrei, 1 Daybed kostet 100€ + 18 € für einen Aperol Spritz - auch, wenn man Hotelgast ist UND ein Daybed gemietet hat.
