「Nice hotel, but the staff really needs to decide if they want to be in hospitality. The majority of the staff never says hello or goodbye. They won’t even acknowledge you. They have very limited relationships with local restaurants, so they can’t help you get a table. Overall, the service is very unfriendly, and the front desk makes you feel like you’re bothering them. If you'd like to charge and advertise like a 5 Star, please provide 5 Star service. The worst part is that they charge €10...

「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「If you would like to experience what it was like to stay at a hotel in the 70s/80's this is the place for you. Staff were nice and it was clean. 25 min walk to town. Unfortunately this is the standard of hotel you get for this price in Sardinia. Overpriced in my opinion.」

「This property is just beautiful! It sits atop a bigger hill overlooking cannigione and has a wonderful view. There are three outdoor pools and one pool in the spa area to choose from. 「Wir haben 2 Nächte hier verbracht und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Die Lage ist super, in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Hafen, außerdem gibt es Restaurants und einen Supermarkt direkt ums Eck. Es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten, allerdings muss man entweder gut einparken können ofer man braucht ein paar Versuche. Die Angestellten sind sehr herzlich und es gibt tollen Kaffee. Außerdem würden mkr vegane Crossaints zubereitet.」
