There are a lot of stairs to get to the top floor and that was an issue for me perhaps something to be more precise about in the listing. I was not aware when I booked that I had to pay an additional deposit of £250 on top of having paid the full price in advance. 「The room was comfortable and well appointed. Everything you could need was provided. The ability to cook and wash clothes was a huge bonus. The location was a lovely 15-20 minute walk from the center of the Royal Mile.」

「All good in the end, but the checkin instructions were not particularly clear - quite confusing in fact. We entered the complex and then had no idea how to find our unit. Thankfully someone could give us a bit of guidance (they were not particularly familiar) when we called for support and we eventually found our unit. Very nicely appointed and we had a great stay - a few added sentences to orienting folks for checkin could solve our issue!」
