「The staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel appeared clean but the staff uses really strong smelling cleaning supplies as if they are hiding odors. There were odd smells in the hallways and in our room at times. The carpet in our room was torn and dirty. The breakfast was not very good. The hotel was okay. We travel a lot and would probably choose another hotel next time we visit the area.」

「We were in town for a wedding and drove four hours to get to the location. I called ahead of time to request an early check in but was told that they do not offer that service. When we arrived at 1pm, the front desk clerk was friendly and was able to get us into a room at that time. The room was spacious and clean.
