「Hotel itself was very clean, never got breakfast, so can’t speak for that. Lyft and Uber were very scattershot to get to and from Evergreen and didn’t want to take the chance for Red Rocks getting stranded. Biggest pet peeve was a mysterious 15 dollar a day charge they gave me. Hotel policy for access to pools and hot tubs I didn’t use. I’m sure it’s hidden somewhere in some page and subsection in Expedia disclosure, but still sucks and probably could have done better just calling hotel...

「The inn was very clean. My biggest complaint is with the amenities. 1- they only clean your room every day upon request. Not a big deal for us but some people may not like that. 2- the breakfast is unimpressive. Every day we went they were out of forks, coffee and half and half. Had to find the attendant to let her know. Toaster is broken- people were using waffle iron as a toaster. Very limited options. The water pitcher was empty 2 of the 4 days we went.」

「This property was in a good location for visiting Golden, Morrison and Red Rocks. It has many chain restaurants and stores nearby. Beautiful hotel and well maintained. The 2 queen bed with a trundle bed worked well for our family of 4 (2 teenagers). The breakfast was good and the dining room clean and spacious. Free parking onsite. Staff were all friendly and efficient.」

「Check in was a breeze, especially since we didnt check in until late. Parking was limited...we had to park 3 doors away. Room was quiet and clean. Entire place was outdated but clean so we didnt mind the old ceiling tile and paneling. Floor recently replaced with engineered or laminated flooring.」

「Our bed had a huge dip through the middle going across the entire mattress. It was like sleeping in a cot. It also squeaked loudly every time we moved.」

「We booked a suite, but when we arrived, the night shift employee insisted we had only reserved a standard room, even after we showed her our confirmation email clearly stating we had booked a suite. She then told us there were no suites available and said we could speak with the manager the next morning. To make matters worse, we checked the hotel’s website that same evening, and it still showed suites available to book. The next morning, the manager confirmed that our reservation was indeed...

「Service was excellent and the ladies in the kitchen area were very kind, we were running late for breakfast and ladies, still offered to make eggs for my daughters while they cleaning, after a long trip, we felt blessed, thank you 🙏」
