"Overall hotel is very clean. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel staff was so friendly. I cannot say enough about Terrence and Ty. They are amazing and so friendly. I left behind a pillow (very sentimental) but didn’t realize it till much later in the day. Called to inquire if it had been found, and Terrance immediately recognized my name and that he had checked me in. They went above and beyond to find the pillow and pillowcase. Highly recommend this hotel. Will stay again next visit. "

"Everything was perfect except that someone was blocking the driveway for the valet parking, so I could not get in and had to park in the parking garage nearby. This is more expensive and I had to haul my luggage to and from my room to the parking garage. There should be better navigation and stricter encouragement of others pulling into the driveway so others can get in behind them. Otherwise, it’s an excellent hotel and very clean and quiet. "
