「Everything was okay except the sleeper sofa. The mattress was shot. When you slide your hand across the mattress, you could feel the springs. I put the couch and chair cushions on the floor and put the mattress on top of them. 」

「We arrived a little after 1:00 AM to check in after driving from Grand Island, NE. Nowhere on the website did it state that the doors close at 1:00 AM. There was an after-hours phone number listed, but when we called, it rang to the front desk where no one answered.
Luckily, we were able to find another place to stay. It ended up being the worst hotel experience my family and I have ever had, and in a way, we’re thankful we didn’t have to stay the night.」
