「My only complaint is there is quite a bit of traffic noise, at least on our end of the hotel (room 330). But other than that a very pleasant stay for the price, and very friendly staff. We will stay again! 」
「The hotel looks great, very great price especially for the Jacuzzi room. Unfortunately there were a couple of stains on the sheets and mattresses, and the pull out futon looked like it has suffered mold growing in the mattress and couch. I doubt this is a reflection of the entire hotel as you could see they constantly clean all rooms and hallways. This is likely because the room is always moist due to the Jacuzzi.」
「We stayed in a suite on the 6th floor and it was gorgeous, clean and extremely comfortable with a lovely sitting room adjacent to the bedroom. We had beautiful views and pretty windows. Loved our stay! 」
「As usual stay was excellent - wish spa amenities were open to guests and that getting appointments were easier. One of my reasons for staying is access to sauna - would be the best hotel ever if this was fixed. 」
「Great hotel, great location, and wonderful staff all around. We were greeted kindly at check-in and received a complementary breakfast as it was my birthday. The check-in staff was extremely friendly. Our server the next morning at breakfast was also extremely nice and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend this hotel and will stay again if in the area.」
