「We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn on Upper James in Canada, and I have to say — the experience was fantastic from start to finish! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and considering we were a large group (with my siblings and their families joining as well), the staff handled everything smoothly and made sure everyone was comfortable. Breakfast was great nice options to choose...

「The hotel is a bit run down But is super quiet and I felt super safe. As a single woman traveling safety is first. Bed was comfortable. Price was right. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but that was not important. The staff was super friendly and nice. Don’t be frightened by its appearance. 」

「Gentleman at the reception desk was very pleasant and friendly. The hotel is located at an odd intersection (due to recent construction) with its immediate entry a bit hidden when turning onto the road towards it. It’s an older hotel but very clean. Has an attached restaurant, but I didn’t eat there to know the food quality. Has an elevator, so no struggling with luggage up flights of stairs. Overall good value for money. 」

「Loved it. Great location, super easy to get around. Just an 8-minute drive to South Shell Park with no traffic. Nice environment and facilities. Getting to downtown Toronto was a breeze too. Highly recommend! 」
