「I don’t usually leave reviews but I needed to on this one because so many reviews are negative for this little motel! Please keep in mind that it’s a MOTEL! If you are expecting a swanky hotel, move on. This is a clean, affordable and convenient motel along the 127 yardsale route! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The area is safe and convenient. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and there are lots of close dining option. I have zero complaints to list! 」

「We had a wonderful stay here! Took a couple of days to check out the Big South Fork and surrounding areas. Conveniently located near Cumberland falls, and the eastern entrance of the BSF. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms are newly remodeled and clean. Room came with a larger size mini fridge and a microwave. I would highly recommend staying here!」

「Keith and Shari are PHENOMENAL hosts! They are beyond accommodating and also gave tips for hikes and great food. My kids LOVED it there - especially the porch kitties! Breakfast was fantastic, the room was impeccable with wonderful touches...I could go on and on. The kids asked if we could stay there again, so you know that's a huge win! And I agree! We will definitely stay again!」
