「The room was not very clean. It looked like nobody cleaned the floors. The tub looked very suspect also. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. It was $79 for a Saturday night. 「The property is located near the Jamestown ramp where we put our boat in making it a convenient place to stay. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms could be updated to match the room but other than that everything else was nice.」

「The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are amazing, but the shining star of the whole event was Dana, the customer service worker. Her smile is infectious. Her laugh is joyful and she is the most friendly and kind person I have met in retail in a long time. This was our first time staying at courtyard by Marriott in Somerset but we will not stay anywhere else and that is in main part thanks to her!!!!」

The kids loved and enjoyed the pool area! Balcony would have been more fun / nice if the tree lines were cleared so that we could see the lake view! Otherwise, 10/10, we will be back! :)」
