「Easy check in clean room I asked for a room with a plug socket next to the bed and to be fair they gave me one so it was my second stay in 3 weeks and excellent all around whenever I go back to Leicster I’m going back to best western Oadby 」

「Booked a junior suite for my son and his girlfriend as a treat on Christmas Day as they were visiting from another city. They loved the room and the breakfast too! They sent me videos of both, and the room looked clean and fresh and the breakfast was Full English and eggs Benedict with cups of tea in cute teacups. You drive through a park to get to this hotel. 「The caretaker Paul didnt know we were coming and initially was more interested in his amazon parcels, told us the owner books people and dosent tell him (happens all the time) id booked one double and one single with 3 beds on the same floor - I got one double with single beds in the attic and my children the 3 bed a floor below us. The b&b had hostel vibes from the start. There were smashed windows, dirty bathrooms without locks, pubes on the toilet roll and bottles stashed behind the was hand...

「Despite the room being a non smoking room the smell of stale smoke was unbearable. Despite complaining and asking to move rooms, the solution was to give me some room spray that failed to mask the smell and just made it worse… As I result I barely slept and I have gone to office the next day exhausted and smelling of stale smoke. 」

「Absolutely awful. No housekeeping despite our requests during our entire stay. We could not even get a hold of staff as no one was at the reception or restaurant. We had to phone the hotel via the general number online and ask to be put through to the hotel chain.
