「Great location 」

「Good: contact with manager. Cleanliness and general set up Parking for car off road. Access to public transport.. Not good: on arrival the flat was stone cold and took 24 hours to warm up. Kitchen equipment was old, basic and just about functional. Very limited small kitchen tools 」

They sent me videos of both, and the room looked clean and fresh and the breakfast was Full English and eggs Benedict with cups of tea in cute teacups. You drive through a park to get to this hotel. 「不適合有大件行李」

「The caretaker Paul didnt know we were coming and initially was more interested in his amazon parcels, told us the owner books people and dosent tell him (happens all the time) id booked one double and one single with 3 beds on the same floor - I got one double with single beds in the attic and my children the 3 bed a floor below us. The b&b had hostel vibes from the start. There were smashed windows, dirty bathrooms without locks, pubes on the toilet roll and bottles stashed behind the was hand...

「Centrally located which is very handy and good balcony view. City noise as to expected. Comfy and big bed and lots of lights and spare plugs. I like the independence and and also concierge if needed. Checking out as late as 11am was a luxury. 」

「Absolutely awful. No housekeeping despite our requests during our entire stay. We could not even get a hold of staff as no one was at the reception or restaurant. We had to phone the hotel via the general number online and ask to be put through to the hotel chain. Extremely poor cleanliness, there were stains all over the bedsheets, chairs and a strong odour of urine in the room, carpets and bathroom. Filthy toilet, grubby bedroom and all surfaces were full of stains and spillages. The towels...
