Parking for car off road.
Access to public transport..
Not good: on arrival the flat was stone cold and took 24 hours to warm up.

Had a some minor issues with TV, shower and sink - but these were sorted out by the staff and maintenance member quickly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others."

"This is never a 4 star hotel! I was really disappointed, Expedia said breakfast was included but they don’t even serve breakfast. Waited 20 minutes in the morning to check out and no one was in reception. Another lady also checked out and said her room smelled of smoke and didn’t feel safe in the hotel. The lady when checking in was really nice and accommodating but the hotel itself was really poor! I think it’s more of a 2 star hotel and I won’t stay there again. "
