"We had a nice stay: Spencer and A provided excellent service! We had a King Mountain View room with an excellent view of the Kicking Horse River. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the property was quiet. We appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine. The shower was roomy and had excellent water pressure. Great location. A few nice things. We were offered a $15 gift card for a local bakery, Golden Bakery & Deli for breakfast the next day. Also, upon returning from dinner, An offered us complimentary sodas, chips, and chocolate bars. That was really special. Things of note. Our room was small, with no seating area or desk. It was disclosed on their website, but I wanted to note it to manage expectations. One improvement would be to have a second mirror somewhere, even a makeup mirror, in the room for two people getting ready."

"We liked the corner room we had, lots of natural light. It was decently cleaned; coffee machine was not cleaned when we arrived. Upon check-in codes were needed for the lobby and our room. When we arrived both doors were open so a security issue. Both doors need to be pulled in to secure closure. The other issue we had was that online we had booked a suite with one bedroom, showing a queen bed in the room. However we had bunk beds! Not fun. Super uncomfortable “mattresses”. But since we were there for a short stay we did not feel need to ask to change rooms. For future reference ensure you have confirmation you don’t want bunk beds!"

"Styled like a hostel with intentionality to be a retreat. History here in the original builders intention to provide hospitality in a build looking upon his beloved mountain #7. Lisa is most welcoming. You will be happy here. Very clean, however, bed needs a new mattress. Jacuzzi feature needs to be dropped: water pressure to fill too slow. No tv. No room A/C. This a great site. The nature lovers breakfast satisfying, appealing and abundant."
