"Clean and tidy."

"While the bed was sleep able and the fridge and microwave worked, there were no blackout curtains and a light outside illuminated the window. The toilet seat was attached by 1 screw. 2 queen beds, both on platforms, one for someone taller than 6'6""and the second was for someone over 6'. The toilet meanwhile was child sized. Height for someone under 5 '. Find a different place"

"Wouldn’t recommend this place. Elevator broken. And has been for 6 months I was told. If you have luggage, a cooler etc prepare to lug it up several flights of stairs. Access to the unit is via a code. All good but another code is needed for the main entrance which is not provided. Had to call an offsite property manager but cell reception spotty. Thankfully I got the code from another guest. Parking - couldn’t tell you. No info and parked outside. Wifi. Couldn’t tell you. No instructions in the unit. Modem hidden somewhere. Satellite TV. Not sure how to make it work - no instructions. Overall poor service and not organized. Will be staying elsewhere in the future."

"The property overlooks the river and mountains which we enjoyed. It was close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We felt really taken care of. There was a wood burning fireplace in the lobby which we enjoyed as the evenings were cool and the sofas were very comfortable. Spencer is the new owner and has great pride in taking care of his guests. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the room was quiet. There is free parking as well. We stayed 2 nights and would return if we found ourselves in Golden again. Thank you for a great stay."
