「Great place friendly service」

「Busy place; breakfast food kept running out and multiple people had to ask to have food replenished (eggs, pancake mix, milk, yogurt). Room was average but clean and comfortable.」

「Staying in this place was very comfortable. Nice place for both short and long term vacation. We got a penthouse for 5 day staying. 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom was great for couples or family. Although the location was about 15 minutes uphill from the Golden town but the view was totally worth it. We didn't have time to try all the facilities in the place recommended by the staff. Overall, this was a great place if you travel to Banff or Jasper.」

「My son and I were in the room for the second day sick with food poisoning.. the staff here gave someone a keycard to our room and someone opened the door, seen us, apologized and then overheard the staff member say that there wasn’t anyone in that room. And the person insisted and said that they should be apologizing to us… ya that never came lol weird experience is all. Day staff and evening staff should definitely communicate and coordinate better. 」

「I would 100% choose to stay here again. Everything was perfect down to the wonderful towels and robes slippers and extra amenities that were provided the room was decorated perfectly and clean probably my favorite hotel that I stayed at In Canada this whole trip. The check-in was a little bit confusing because they don’t have a front desk but to reach someone was super easy. All you have to do is call and he will fix anything extremely friendly and very helpful. The little patio and the river...

「Beautiful lodge especially having hot tub」

「This was my second stay at Chancellor Peak. We stayed in chalet #14 which is private with an amazing view of the Peak and the surrounding nature. The chalet complex is located right at the Kootenay River. The area is very quiet and there are bears as well. A black bear came looking for food around the chalets a couple of nights. Overall a great place to stay and good value.」
