"breakfast was not good no hot water for tea or instant coffee … juice was not refilled… no hot items such scramble egg , pan cake , waffle , hashbrown or meat"

"Breakfast is not in the hotel. It is served by Ricky's grill near hotel. You can use hotel coupon for a simple free breakfast which has only 2 options, or pay extra to order a better meal."

"After many trips through Revelstoke, and having tried multiple properties that were less than great, we are so happy to have found Gravity Haus! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with anything we needed! The room was perfect for us and the bed was soooo comfortable! While we didn’t use the hot tub or BBQ/patio area they looked great! We loved that they left ear plugs to help with any train noise during the night… Revelstoke is a train town ha ha exactly! We didn’t even need the ear plugs but we appreciated the proactive nature and the humour! An outstanding place to stay and we will for sure be staying here again, and recommending to others!"

"Friendly, polite staff. Nice, clean and quiet rooms. Parking was great and hotel location is central to everything. We have stayed at several different hotels in Kelowna and this is the first that we would consider staying at again. They were in the middle of a renovation and some spaces weren’t open/available while we were there so we are sure it would be even better once they have completed their renovation. "

"Easy to access off highway, Denny’s is easy to access for breakfast but not open for dinner so we walked across highway to a restaurant. Hotel is fairly spread out, Bed seemed small for a queen size"

"The room was a good size, liked the balcony, at first glance it was clean but there were a lot of stains on the carpet, the bedding had a stain right in the middle, they didn’t have enough toilet paper or towels, they did bring extra when we asked. It was a convenient location, friendly staff, but wish it was a bit cleaner."
