"Great location to everything you need for your stay, staff are amazing pleasant friendly and helpful, hotel is in need of a lick of paint and new carpet in some areas, the rooms was big and spacious, bed was uncomfortable for me as it was to soft, breakfast was ok would prefer to order hot food instead of buffet style as there was only basic choices available."

Location is good although the Marina restaurants tend to the the Nandos/Pizza Hut/Zizzi end of the market, if you want anything nicer you will need to go into Brighton. The breakfast was expensive for what you got quality wise. It was OK for a night's stay."
