「The hotel locates in the middle of a construction site, not walking distance to any of the subway station. I booked the hotel to attend a conference at Harvard and I need to walk either 35 mins to Cambridge town or take a Uber which costs more than 20 back and forth. Not really ideal.」

「Positives- Clean throughout entire property; attentive and polite staff; great breakfast Negative- Room heating leaves a lot to be desired as the thermostat has an upper limit if 74 degrees which is barely adequate given the weather in Boston, which we all know is chilly; water pressure bathroom sink is barely a trickle 」

「A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.」
