「We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. 「Perfect location, The owner was very accommodating with our late arrival. The flat has a great style although very basic, it Lacks lamps, bedside table, hair dryer, dead lock, cooking equipment, toilet roll on arrival, working toilet seat, working toaster, working TV. The flat has a huge TV but it did not work for the whole stay ( signal issues) which was really disappointing! On trying to contact the owner we tried multiple times, but are yet to receive a reply.
