"We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is beautifully decorated, spotless, and the Aveda toiletries were a lovely touch. Being able to walk straight to the ski lift was such a bonus. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and we’d happily stay here again!"

"This property was not well cleaned. The owner wanted to know if there was anything they could do to make it a 5 star experience. When I told them about the filthy bathroom and stained sheets and comforter, they said sorry, I will tell our cleaning company for next time."

"When we first checked in our room was overlooking the AC unit with someone on the roof. I called down to see if there was a possibility of a room change since we were there for 5 nights. Claire promptly got us into a different room which we very much appreciated. Rick the bartender at The Carter was awesome! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The free shuttle was also an added bonus."
