"Room was new—-all surfaces, all furniture, all bedding/towels—-perfect. Hallways were smelly and irritated my sinuses incredibly. Every staff member was friendly helpful and very quick to help. Food at bar was great."

"Spacious, clean rooms and a good breakfast with hot and cold options. Walking distance to downtown Breck. Parking is separate from the hotel and was $40 per night even with ski season over! No one tells you that until you check in. Then there was a $40 per night "Destination Fee" added when we checked out that was for the shuttle anda we could have had a $20 bar credit but weren't told until checkout. Nice hotel but beware of hidden fees."

"The rooms were very clean. We loved the fireplace and access to the trails nearby. The location is amazing because you can be near anything you need within 3-5 minutes. I really liked how they had extra garage bags, cleaning supplies for dishes and an onsite washer/dryer. We visited from Tennessee and loved having the humidifiers in every bedroom. The windows are breathtaking when they are all open. We also enjoy opening the windows with the fresh air and sitting by the fireplace. Everything was decorated so modern which we loved. It was plenty of room for our family of 4."

"The room was very well equipped. I loved the bathtub with the jets, the large shower and the double sinks. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the large pillows. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs and the robes provided in the rooms."

"This is an older property, but is well maintained, every convenient to lifts and runs, I would definitely stay there again."

"Booked this hotel because it advertised that breakfast was included. When we walked down on our first morning, we found out that it was NOT included. But the staff was extremely nice, room was clean and the shuttle drop off/pick up was great! Also, be aware that there is a charge to valet/park your vehicle per night."
