「Rooms are excellent. Staff is outstanding. There are two areas which need improvement. The lighting for the sink area in the room needs improvement as there is only a dim light behind the mirror. The second and most urgent is the ice machine in the laundry room. It is disgusting with some growth around the area where the ice is dispensed and the area that catches any ice overflow..」

「We couldn't be happier with our stay at The Retro Hotel! The room was very clean, bed was soft, sheets and pillows were soft. And the location is perfect as you are right in the middle of all the action. We brought our doodle with us and he enjoyed the room as well. Plenty of space for his bed and water/food setup. We will be returning to The Retro Hotel.」

「Everything about our stay was excellent. We had a problem with our heat. Called the desk. Someone was at our room within 10-15 minutes. He took a look at it , made an adjustment, and had the issue resolved in less than 5 minutes with no further issues.」
