Chateau On The Lake Resort Spa and Convention Center
The room was dusted, and floors hadn't been vacuum ever. Had a dirty odor. Iron not working. Notified staff 3 times, didn’t get one. We had to wear wrinkled clothes the whole time there. Branson Hillside Hotel
This is a hidden gem. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were CLEAN, the beds were FANTASTIC, the property was inviting and affordable. How we missed this hotel each visit prior??? NEVER AGAIN!! We’ll be back here each time we visit Branson!! Thanks for a great stay.
