「Courteous Check-in clerk, process went smoothly Room spotless 」

「We were thrilled with the spaciousness of the unit. It was well stocked with items to keep our stay comfortable. We could park right in front of the unit. The whole development was in a gated area with staffed security. We felt very safe. It was cold and rainy when we were there, but access to the fireplace was not allowed until the following week. It would have been nice, but understandable. Our unit had a washer and dryer, so we were even able to go home with clean clothes. 」

「We had an amazing room with a terrace near the huge Christmas Tree in the center of the Landings. Also, I can back to the room after cleaning and found one of my earrings on the bathroom counter. I didn't even know I had lost it. I was thrilled to have staff that goes the extra mile. I told the hotel front desk staff about my earring and left a reward for the diligent housekeeper. 」

「It was a weekend trip for 95th birthday. They fulfilled the request made in advance for extra pillows and everyone was very friendly. Enjoyed the clean and updated room. 」

「Lovely place to stay when Branson is not crazy busy. We did not eat breakfast, but everything else about it was great. We will definitely stay here again.」

「The room was spotless and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was good with my stay. I was texted 4 times in 2 days to as a reminder to ask for anything thst i might need. The location is perfect for the things to do in downtown Branson.」

「Nice place to stay. Room was clean, staff was friendly especially Johnny. Every time we saw him (usually vacuuming the halls) he would ask us how our day was. Very polite. Food was hot & fresh, would love to see some warm cheese sauce and mushrooms for the eggs but that’s just me. Biscuits were soft and well stocked along with the eggs, sausage & potatoes. Oatmeal was nice & hot. Options also of breads & plain bagels, honey buns… definitely would recommend this place. Parking was also good,...
