「It's not convenient to eat, the carpet is too old and has a peculiar smell...otherwise it's ok」

「Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, everything felt outdated. Things only got worse when we went into the bedroom and found a massive stain on the bed. We immediately called the front desk, only to be told that housekeeping was gone for the night. Instead of helping us properly, they sent security to leave a plastic bag with sheets for us to change the bedding ourselves. To make matters worse, they didn’t even bring the correct sheets the first...

「Parking was fine. Staff was friendly. The room was okay. It couldve been a little cleaner. Dead bug in bathroom. Also a fake fingernail under vanity. Sunflower shells by nite stand. Didn't realize the restaurant /bar closed sunday evening. No food available. But location was good. Outside well kept. Pool looked wonderful but not open yet. 」

「Ac worked staff was friendly. Hot tub was down and pool was cold but was a great place if You just needed a bed to sleep and spend the rest of the time at silver dollar city or whatever you are doing in Branson 」

「The room was nice size and clean. Their was a lot of bird poop all over the stairs. Check in was a mess they were not at the property when we arrived we had to drive 12 miles away to get checked in and the 12 miles back . Needs better signs on where the rooms are. There was nothing in the email about any of the changes. We ask to be in lower level with no stairs and the put us on the second floor with 18 steps when called they said none were available but I never seen anyone on the lower lever....

「It was perfect for what we needed. A reasonably priced no frills family friendly establishment close to everything.」

「We had 3 adults and 1 child. We stayed in a one-bedroom unit. We were right by a playground and pool (that pool wasnt open yet but there were other options). Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, as well as additional bedding to make up the pull out couch. It was clean and comfortable. Certainly enjoyed being away from the bustle of town. Would recomment and stay again.」
