「Everything was great, until the second night when we went grill steaks for dinner. The outdoor grill wouldn’t lite. I called the front desk, maintenance came right away and tried to fix it. When they couldn’t, they replaced it either brand new one. Dinner was saved. Service was fantastic!!!」

「Comfortable beds and clean room. Breakfast was included with stay and had a lot of choices to eat. We will stay there again.」

「Nice clean rooms !」

「It's not convenient to eat, the carpet is too old and has a peculiar smell...otherwise it's ok」

「Breakfast was good, offering numerous options. Pool was nice & clean. The actual room was small. Struggled to set up two regular size suitcases. The was well worn and desperately needs upgrades.」

「Another great visit.」

「Breakfast biscuits and gravy was runny and no sausage gravy, just flour gravy.」

「👍」

「This hotel is in an ideal location on the strip. The rooms are average size with a rather claustrophobic toilet shower room. Rooms in the back have a lovely view. The breakfast area is lovely and takes advantage of the view. Breakfast is good. Some of the front staff are great and others are rather crabby and impatient. I would book here again. There is lots to do in Branson」

「The door to our room could have closed better. We could see daylight between the door and frame.」

「Needs updated cabinets didnt close all the way. And the sliding door curtain didn't want to move/close. And the dishwasher smells」

「We had a nice stay. I had wanted to swim while there and the hot tub was broken. (Ice cold)Lol We were close to many things. The strip wasn't that far away so there wasn't a lot of traffic where we were. Beautiful landscape and photo shots all around. Staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and hot and kept everything stocked. The bedding could have been more comfortable.」
