"Exellent staff and breakfast"

"The staff is overall pretty friendly and the hotel is fairly clean. However, the elevator has a “old” smell to it. Additionally, the rooms need updating. The carpets are dark, so you don’t know if it’s really clean or not. Unfortunately, when I was there the air conditioning system went out. When I called downstairs, the staff offered to move me to another room, but since it was after midnight, I was too exhausted to move. "I had a Bad experience with one of the bartenders, I was there for my birthday and my wife and I spent the whole day at Universal and we were tired we got to the Hotel like 10pm to do our check in. The receptionist did a very mediocre job, she wasn't mean or anything like that but I had to ask her like basic questions after she gave me the keys like , where is the elevator or even I had to ask her about my room number wich I think they should tell you that. Anyway that really didn't bother me...
