"The location is phenomenal and convenient. Some staff were as helpful as they are trained to be. Housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. Checking in the front desk attendant looked irritated we had our pet. She put us on thee ninth floor(our view of downtown Houston was nice) next door to the elevator then proceeded to ask, you're not leaving her alone right? Maybe I was wrong to assume that a family friendly hotel is exactly that. There are no microwaves (1st floor one is available) and or refrigerators in the rooms. We were not informed our room phone did not work. She had a lot of information to tell me but that. Half of our channels didn't work. Keurig was dusty. Glad my instinct lead me clean before truly settling down.There were a lot of little inconveniences that made it a bit more annoying as a family traveling. I did enjoy thee art on the walls. My personal experience and opinion I would not recommend it for families. I would not stay again. "

"Room was smaller than anticipated, but it was nice. Friendly staff. Thpught breakfast was free but was fast reading and it is available LOL. Good place to stay to catch a game or for convention center. "

"Blackout curtains were ripped/torn. Bathroom was terrible! Got 4:30 AM wake up call accidently. Not ours! Would never stay there again! "

"This is a beautiful property with proximity to much of downtown "life". Their staff, and especially, valet staff, were incredible (thank you, Nico and Jaden)! Rooms were very clean, and we will definitely be back again"

"Extremely noisy. Starting around 6:00AM there was constant noise. Carts rolling, walkie talkies , loud talking in the halls. Did not get a good night's sleep."
