「The room is a bit small」

「Going through some renovation as of March 2026 but the room and bathroom were clean, the complimentary breakfast was plentiful and a good start to the day, and the staff were helpful and nice. Parking was easy around the building. 」

「This is a very old property- the room furniture was pretty worn out. The heating system wasn’t working, so they brought in a portable room heater. I’m very glad they did this- but it’s just an example of how worn out things are. The breakfast area was very full, too many people to get to the coffee & food. Tables weren’t cleaned between guests. But the price was fairly low, and the location was convenient for us, so we chose to stay here」

「The room was clean but i always had a smell of smoke in my room every night even though it was a smoke free building there was smoking everywhere. The breakfast was one horrible blueberry muffin and package oatmeal and coffee. There was not an actual breakfast very misleading. While the inside was okay the outside was in a sketchy area my last night i woke up at 6am to shooting. I felt like i was being constantly watched when i stepped outside in the parking lot. 「This is a nice hotel. The front desk staff personnel were friendly and professional. The room was nicely done and clean and breakfast was good and varied. Right across the road is the Springfield Mall, with pleanty of eating and shopping options.」

「Do not stay here!!! Elevator broke , room on 3rd floor. Halls and rooms smell like cigarettes. Didn't feel safe at all on this property. Hotel staff did nothing to correct. 」

「We have stayed at this Westin 3 times in 6 weeks for business. Always clean, accomodating staff, and very, very pet friendly. It is in a part of Alexandria petfext for business stays - not too many tourists. Resturant and menu make in-house dining a very viable option.」

「Very spacious, well designed and equipped room. Very comfortable bed, pillow and the air conditioning is quiet and cool enough. Perfect blackout curtains and more than sufficient plugs and USB chargers. Decent and safe neighborhood and got a big supermarket where is only 2 mins walk from the hotel. Friendly staff in particular the shuttle driver Ricko who is very kind, helpful and possesses excellent driving skills. 」
