"Kitchen was so small they had to come up and switch the way the refrigerator door opened as it would not open fully. Leak under kitchen sink that flooded the kitchen floor, maintenance came up with towels and that was about it. It is newly renovated but they have sone problems. The breakfast was great!"

"I can’t really see if there were shops nearby because we drove everywhere surface family. I didn’t see any pets, what I thought was crazy is that you had to pay $45 a night to valet your car also when we did check into a room I had dropped my phone cord on the floor when I went to pick it up in like one halfway under the bed when I pulled it out, there was a pair of dirty underwear under the bed so obviously housekeeping doing their job. We call downstairs They put us in another room but the other room the floor was buckling and the ceiling was peeling so they put us in another room the same thing what’s happening but not that bad so we ended up staying in that room. Manager was amazing. He gave us $60 in vouchers to use in the restaurant/bar in the whole time. We should’ve gotten a free night but it is what it is what I recommended again yes"

"The location was great for medical campuses and NRG Stadium. Property was clean and attractive. Staff was friendly especially valet. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was large with good shower."
