「When we first arrived, the staff already had our reservations printed and room keys ready so our check in was less than 2 minutes. Our rooms were cleaned and amenities were fully stocked. The breakfast was fresh and the staff replenished any items that were running low immediately. We chose this stay for a quick stay to enjoy a local theatre and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. I highly recommend Sleep Inn if you’re looking for a quick affordable stay to enjoy local venues. 」

「This property was okay. Communication was poor. I had a previous reservation made in January. The resort called me the Wednesday before my reservation to cancel due to water pipe issues. But for some reason, I was able to reserve again 3 days later. I requested early check out, got to the resort an hour before check in and was told my room wasn’t available. Received a message 45 min after tried to check in that stating early check in was available. Checked in after 9:30 PM, was told I could...

「Checked in at night, however the first room we entered was very dirty, dirty towels on the floor and dirty sheets. The second time we got a room that was not the same price. Finally they resolved the issue after 3 times. 」

「The B&B was located in Lancaster and not Lititz like we thought but that was ok because we had already seen everything in Lititz. The owners were very nice. We enjoyed sitting and talking with them when we got there. Everything was so nice and the food was very good!」

「My husband and I made a last minute trip to rest and relax. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the decor out dated and the bathroom small with a very low toilet. The pool and spa were very clean and well stocked with towels. Everyone was exceptionally courteous and helpful from our check-in/check out experience to the restaurant and housekeeping staff. They all made sure we had a relaxing and comfortable stay. Thank you, we had a great time」
