"Hotel is dark and dated on the inside. Also sits right off the highway so it is not a quiet place. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was adequete. "

"I have stayed in the Double Tree Resort on other occasions, usually during a conference. This is a terrific place to rest and reflect. Situated throughout the Lobby area are many places to rest or work, particularly in the large series of desks with outlets. The internet was reliable, and I was able to complete remote work without any issues. "

"Convenient for us because we were attending a large swim meet at Franklin & Marshall (only a 5 minute drive). Surprised to see the mini-kitchen set with plates, cutlery, a dishwasher but that was nice. Right across the street from a major shopping area that had a lot of food choices. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Love the outdoor fire pit and the mini-gym."

"Very clean room but it was next to a parking lot where the dumpster was located. Trash pickup occurred at 4:00 am right outside our window. Breakfast was nice. Easy, convenient parking and a variety of shopping and restaurants a short drive from the hotel at The Crossings."

"This property was okay. Communication was poor. I had a previous reservation made in January. The resort called me the Wednesday before my reservation to cancel due to water pipe issues. But for some reason, I was able to reserve again 3 days later. I requested early check out, got to the resort an hour before check in and was told my room wasn’t available. Received a message 45 min after tried to check in that stating early check in was available. Checked in after 9:30 PM, was told I could request late check out up to 2 hrs. I requested late check out and was told I could only get a 30 min extension. Again, communication is poor and continuity doesn’t exist. My room was fine but I wouldn’t choose this location for any future travel to Lancaster. "

"Very nice stay with great rooms and very nice staff. I was disappointed that there was no room service. After a long drive, it would have been great to order some food and drink to the room. Not even breakfast was available to order in."

"Great location, very cool it dated, clean but stains on one towel, no hair dryer or coffee pot. TV is very small and the dish internet buffered a lot! No vending machine, no coffee station in lobby. It’s ok for the price but you definitely get what you pay for! "
