「I made the reservation for my elderly father to stay there for five days. He decided not to go and I spoke with the hotel and Expedia. The hotel will not give me ANY of my dads money back. The reservation was canceled in the second day. Dad tried to talk to the hotel the first night and they wouldn’t even talk to him. He was told to call Expedia. 「I loved my solo stay here! I came into town one night for a concert and was very happy with the Hollander house. Kenneth was very communicative and attentive via email and easily reachable. I had no issues and everything was nice and clean and easy to find. I wasn’t able to stay for breakfast due to my schedule however, I’m sure it was delicious! Would certainly stay again」

「Located on a quiet street but convenient to all major streets and highways. Hotel is fairly new so it’s clean and beds are fairly quiet. Every way to cut construction costs is evident but overall it’s a typical Fairfield property. Housekeeping staff is average. One tiny little bar of soap was never replaced until day 4 of our stay, counters not cleaned, trash not emptied. Front desk staff friendly enough.」
