「I made the reservation for my elderly father to stay there for five days. He decided not to go and I spoke with the hotel and Expedia. The hotel will not give me ANY of my dads money back. 「We got into our room and could not find a towel without a stain on it. Went to ask for clean towels and was met with reluctance on getting more towels. We come back in only to find out our bathroom door IS LOCKED! I make the mistake of taking matters into my own hands and PICKING THE LOCK OF OUR OWN BATHROOM DOOR, so my significant other can actually use the restroom. Against better judgement we try to use the shower and continue with our night only to find out the shower did not work either....

「Upon arriving there was human feces on the lobby floor. When I went to look at the room there was a roach on the bed. No mini fridge in the room, no microwave in the room. Also there was no shampoo or conditioner only a small bar of soap. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this establishment. I asked for a full refund for my reservation which they agreed to and I'm waiting to receive.」
