「Every where was immaculate, I had a single room and there was even an iron and board in the room, which was beautifully decorated. Cliff the host was so welcoming and the breakfast was delicous, so much choice always cooked fresh. Will definately be coming back」

「First impressions from the outside were not great as it really doesn’t look like the pictures and is very weathered. Staff were fantastic as was the breakfast. Room had everything we needed, however shower leaked below barrier onto floor and the soap trays were not very clean which was a bit off putting. 「Really nice greeting when we arrived, communication was great, as we were arriving later on in the evening. Room was clean and very quiet, so got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was continental and covered all the bases.」

「Everything was excellent. There was one issue with a noisy water pump that was fixed promptly as soon as we brought it to our host's attention. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southport. Parking would possibly be a little tight if all the spaces were in use and your vehicle was large. Location is good: quiet but within easy walking distance of town. Eateries very close indeed.」

Rooms are run down unfortunately and could do with some TLC in places. But the rooms are a really good size so as a large family across two rooms we didn't feel cramped. 「Lovely , clean , large room . Very comfortable bed . In a really nice area . Lots of shops , bars and restaurants close by and close to the promenade. A short walk to the Lowry which is where we went . Thoroughly recommended, will definitely stay again .」

「Apartment was lovely, first night was not good as the toilet was banging all night so didn’t sleep much which was hard for me as I came away for a quiet weekend as just gone through cancer treatment, everything in the apartment was very clean, 」

「Really helpful arrival instructions. Host there to greet us and ensure we managed the codes etc. Very clean apartment with lovely touches - fruit, coffee, tea, biscuits and milk helped us settle in. Comfy bed, nice shower and compact but manageable kitchen area. I missed having an oven so would recommend booking an airfryer if you are doing food from scratch. I had a few questions and needed to phone the hosts who were friendly and helpful.」
